The mission of the Clark County Fire Cadet Program is to provide safe, effective and relevant firefighter training in an environment that emphasizes self-discipline, pride, teamwork and community service.

The goal of the Fire Cadet Program is to produce quality entry-level candidates for the fire service, as well as motivated individuals with integrity and a solid work ethic, who may pursue non-emergency service related careers.
